This proposal is for an amendment to Environmental Compliance Approval (sewage) No. 5539-8JYMVL for stormwater management works in support of a developed industrial transformer station for Alectra Utilities Corporation, located at 436 Clair Road West, in the City of Guelph, Ontario.
The stormwater management works comprise of stormwater quality, quantity and erosion control works, and include a dry pond with discharge to the northeast corner of the site and existing ditch on Clair Road, with ultimate discharge into the Hanlon Creek Watershed.
