This proposal is for an amendment to reflect current operations. The emission sources from the associated processes that discharge to the air include:
- sand and aggregate storage and handling
- ready mix concrete production
- rock crushing, and
- natural gas fired comfort and process heating equipment
Contaminant emissions to the atmosphere include:

- nickel and nickel compounds
- benzo(a)pyrene
