Proposal details
The proposal is for a new Environmental Compliance Approval for industrial sewage treatment and stormwater management works serving highline Produce Limited located at 506 Mersea Road 5, in Leamington.
The stormwater management works comprise of Stormwater Quality Control, Quantity Control, and Erosion Control works, and include a stormwater management wet pond and will discharge to Mutual Agreement Drain.
The industrial sewage treatment works comprise of collection system, sedimentation tank, filtration tank, effluent measurement/monitoring equipment and associated appurtenances, and are designed to meet Effluent Quality requirement prior to discharge to Mutual Agreement Drain
The Ministry may require monitoring of the industrial wastewater and stormwater effluent discharge leaving the site.
