Proposal details
This proposal is for a new Environmental Compliance Approval for a mobile water treatment system designed for the collection, transmission, treatment and disposal of surface water or groundwater impacted with petroleum hydrocarbons on fuel dispensing and storage facilities or dewatering potentially contaminated construction sites during excavation.
The treatment system will be stored at 18 Adelaide Street, in Maxville, Ontario. The system has been designed, constructed and tested by NewTerra (Brockville, Ontario) and will be used to treat petroleum-based impacted water, at an approximate maximum process flow rate of 113,562 litres per minute.
The system will be used on various Ontario job sites by MacEwen Petroleum Inc.
