Official Plan Amendment 846 proposes to update some policies of the City of Toronto’s Official Plan that conflict with the Provincial Planning Statement, 2024 (PPS 2024). Official Plan Amendment 846 addresses seven areas of policy conflict:
- Population and Employment Growth Forecasting
- Transit and Mobility Hubs
- Urban Growth Centres
- Former Provincial Plans
- Heritage and Archaeology
- Municipal Comprehensive Review and Employment Area Conversions
- Land Use Compatibility
