This proposal is for an amendment to Environmental Compliance Approval No. 0657-AJTU6C, for Fehr Holdings Inc. for stormwater management facilities serving the phase 4 & 5 Building Expansion from the lands located at 477 Highway 77, in the Municipality of Leamington, County of Essex, Ontario.
The amendment includes underground storm piping system, oil/grit separator, expansion of existing stormwater management wet pond, one new out let structure and one emergency overflow spillway discharging to the Jacob Fox Drain.
