The subject lands have lake frontage on One Island Lake and are accessed via a private road that branches off Tuomi Road. The subject lands are located approximately 30 kilometres northwest of the City of Thunder Bay municipal boundary in the unincorporated Township of Fowler.

Proposal details

Proposed application 58-C-253130 is for the creation of one (1) of two (2) new lots. 

The proposed new lot will have approximately 45 metres of frontage, 496 metres of depth, and an area of 2.30 hectares. There is an existing trailer with built on additions. This lot is serviced by a holding tank and lake water. It is currently used for resource-based recreational use. No other changes are proposed.

The effect of this application is to create one of two new lots with existing development and resource-based recreational use to address the on the ground development and provide clear title to each individual owner.
