Proposal details

This proposal is for a new Environmental Compliance Approval (air & noise) for Clarke Construction Inc. for the operation of a mobile crushing plant, equipped with a crusher, a screener, a stacker and associated diesel engines.

The equipment will be used to process recycled concrete and asphalt from sources, such as the demolition of buildings, structures, roads, or sidewalks throughout the Province of Ontario and has the ability to operate from Monday to Saturday, from 07:00 hours until 18:00 hours.

Contaminant emissions to the atmosphere include:

  • suspended particulate matter
  • nitrogen oxides
  • sulphur dioxide, and
  • silica
