ArcelorMittal Canada PM Inc. and ArcelorMittal Canada Inc., operating as ArcelorMittal Tubular Products Canada G.P./ArcelorMittal Produits Tubulaires Canada S.E.N.C, a steel tube fabricator specializing in high strength, low alloy steels for automotive structural components facility, located in Woodstock, Ontario.

The application includes all sources at the facility, including mills, acid scrubber, dust collectors, cooling towers and natural gas-fired combustion equipment.

Emissions to the atmosphere from this facility include:

  • nitrogen oxides
  • chromium
  • sulphuric acid
  • particulate matters
  • manganese, and
  • nickel

The Environmental Compliance Approval with Limited Operational Flexibility (air), when issued, permits modifications to the facility subject to limits on operational flexibility that include a production limit for the facility to be specified on the Environmental Compliance Approval with Limited Operational Flexibility (air). The Limited Operational Flexibility conditions have an expiry date. The company will be required to make an application for amendment at that time to renew these conditions.
