This proposal is for a new Environmental Compliance Approval (air) for Cross Country Concrete Ontario Limited, a manufacturer of ready-mix concrete, located in Guelph, Ontario.
This application includes all emission sources from the facility that exhaust to the atmosphere including receiving aggregate materials by truck and cementitious materials by tanker truck, along with water containing small quantities of admixtures are proportionately transferred directly into ready-mix trucks and one dust collector.
Contaminant emissions to the atmosphere include:
- particulate matter
- Portland cement
- slag, and
- nitrogen oxides
