This proposal requests a new Environmental Compliance Approval (sewage) for the existing stormwater management facility constructed to support the industrial building expansion completed in 2022.
The works provide for the collection, conveyance, treatment, and discharge of stormwater runoff from the site at 5015 8th Concession Road in Maidstone, Town of Tecumseh, Ontario.
The system includes a dry pond, asphalt parking areas, landscaped surfaces, an oil-and-grit separator, and enhanced grassed swales designed for both quantity and quality control. Treated flows discharge to the Demonte Drain within the Little River watershed.
