This application is for removing the expiry date for the Portable Thermal Oxidizers, adding parts washers and general maintenance exhausts, and expanding tank services. The sources at the facility include flares, boilers, heaters, a wastewater treatment plant, fuel tanks, storage tanks, thermal destruction units, cooling towers, and dust collectors.
Contaminant emissions to the atmosphere include:
