Proposal details
This proposal is for an amendment to Environmental Compliance Approval No. 8629-BGCMAD to include a proposed sewage system complete with a septic tank, forcemain and filter bed to service a halfway house at the Nobleton Lakes Golf Club located at 125 Nobleton Lakes Drive, in the Township of King, Regional Municipality of York, Ontario. The proposed system consists of:
- A maximum daily design sanitary sewage flow of 2075 L/day, which will be balanced to 1400L/day;
- One 6800 L two-compartment pre-cast concrete septic tank equipped with an effluent filter rated for a minimum 2,075 L/day at the outlet and access risers and hatches to grade;
- One 4,500 L single-compartment concrete balancing bed dosing tank with duplex effluent pumps that are to be Liberty 280 or an equivalent approved by the engineer; and
- A raised filter bed rated for 1400 L/day with a stone area of 21 m2, a filter sand area of 63 m2 and a total loading area of 187 m2.
