Proposal details
Official Plan Amendment 131 proposes to align the rural area policies of the official plan with the Provincial Planning Statement, 2024 (PPS 2024) and to complete "Rural Phase 3B" of the County’s official plan review. If approved, the amendment would provide options for the Town of Erin to study and direct rural residential growth, designate rural residential land in the Township of Puslinch by expanding the community of Aberfoyle, and designate rural employment land in the Township of Puslinch, among other proposed changes.
