Proposal details
This proposal is for a new Environmental Compliance Approval (sewage) for the construction of stormwater management facilities, in support of a proposed greenhouse development complete with a warehouse, service building, parking areas, transmission, treatment and disposal of stormwater run-off from a site located at 309 County Road 14, Municipality of Leamington, Ontario.
The proposed storm sewer works will consist of storm sewers, an oil grit separator unit, and two stormwater management ponds for irrigation and water quantity control. The ponds will be discharged through two outlets to the Silver Creek Drain.
