Proposal details

Proposed application 60-C-268116 is for a lot addition. 

Proposed application 60-C-268116 is to add part lots 249, 250, 190, and 191 on Plan M-222 to Lot 192 on M-222 which is a resource-based recreational use lot currently. Approximately 0.278 hectares from Part Lots 249 and 250, and approximately 0.341 hectares from Part Lots 190 and 191 are proposed to be added to Lot 192 which is approximately 0.324 hectares in size. The lands are currently vacant and are proposing an individual septic system and well.

The overall effect will create an L-shaped lot for resource-based recreational use of approximately 0.94 hectares in size. The proposed lot will have approximately 200 metres of frontage on Front Street.

The lands are typically accessed by Ontario Highway 596, and Front Street maintained by the Minaki Local Roads Board. The lands are approximately 56 km northwest of the City of Kenora.
