Proposal details
STLLR has submitted an application for a new recovery permit to the Ministry under Part VII of the Mining Act (the “Act”).
The proposed works would include the excavation and trucking of approximately 225,000 tonnes of historic tailings from the surface of the Hollinger Tailings Stack.
The works are anticipated to begin with a North Area extraction of approximately 111,500 tonnes, followed by a South Area extraction of approximately 113,500 tonnes, commencing in Q3 of 2026.
