This proposal is for a new Environmental Compliance Approval for the establishment of subsurface sewage disposal works rated at 14,550 liters per day, to service a proposed fairground located at 225 Darby Road, in the City of Welland.
The proposed works include septic tank(s), package treatment system and subsurface disposal bed(s). The Ministry may require effluent monitoring and may impose effluent limits.
