This proposal to amend the Environmental Compliance Approval (air and noise) No. 8476-DGGL3H for Onbelay Automotive Inc., a powder coating, e-coating and sub-assembly of metal parts facility, located in the Municipality of Chatham-Kent, Ontario.

This application is to amend stack parameters such as height above grade, refine some flow rates outlined in Schedule A of the Environmental Compliance Approval, and remove Source 11.

Contaminant emissions to the atmosphere include:

  • aldehydes (acrolein as surrogate)
  • zinc bis (dihydrogen phosphate), and
  • products of combustion such as nitrogen oxides
