This proposal is for a new Environmental Compliance Approval (ECA) Waste Disposal Site issued to Greenway Resource Recovery Inc. for the use and operation of a waste disposal site with a total site area of 0.453 hectares, to be used for transfer and processing of solid non-hazardous waste at 2730 Stevenage Drive, Ottawa.
The total amount of waste and processed materials received at the site is a maximum of 500 tonnes daily. The total amount of waste and processed materials stored at the site awaiting removal is a maximum of 1200 tonnes. The waste disposal site is to serve Ontario.
The hours of operation will be 5:00am to 7:00pm Monday to Saturday, and 8:00am to 5:00pm on holidays, for shipping and receiving to and from the site.
