This proposal is for an amendment to the industrial sewage works approval, Environmental Compliance Approval, ECA no. 3039-DTRJMF, for the establishment of additional stormwater management Works to service a manufacturing facility for the collection, transmission, treatment and disposal of stormwater runoff from the site located at 355 University Avenue, in Belleville, Ontario.
The proposed stormwater sewage works include a dry pond for quantity control, oil and grit separators for quality control, ditches for conveyance and partial quality control, and storm sewers for flow conveyance; discharging via Bell Creek, within the Telegraph Narrows - Bay of Quinte Watershed.
