This proposal is for an amendment to the Environmental Compliance Approval (sewage) No. 1159-DKQ52S for the replacement of Works for the treatment of sanitary sewage and subsurface disposal of treated effluent from the Larose Forest Mobile Home Park located at 1210 St. Felix Road, on Part of Lot 23, Concession 8, in the City of Clarence-Rockland, United Counties of Prescott and Russell, Ontario.
The proposed amendment specifically relates to the replacement of the sewage septic systems serving Units 3 & 4, 5 & 6, and 9 & 10. Each unit has a design capacity of 1,600 litres per day. The total design capacity of the mobile home subdivision is 60,400 litres per day.
The proposed sewage works for these mobile home units will consist of the following:
- two septic tanks
- one partially raised leaching bed with distribution pipes, and
- a new dosing chamber/pumping station
