This proposal is for a new multi-site Environmental Compliance Approval (geothermal) for J L Industries Inc., to install vertical closed loop geothermal systems. J L Industries Inc. operates across Ontario installing vertical closed loop ground source heat pumps.
The application is supported by a work plan prepared in accordance with Ontario Regulation 98/12 (ground source heat pumps) which includes measures taken to protect the public and the environment in the event that hazardous gas is encountered.
A multi-site Environmental Compliance Approval would allow the installer to install vertical closed loop geothermal systems at locations throughout the province.
