Proposal details
The purpose of this application is to sever 0.0072 hectare of vacant land from PIN 42150-0634 to be added as a lot addition to PIN 42150-0633 and to obtain an additional consent certificate to facilitate the partial discharge of an existing mortgage from the lands being transferred. The severed land will be 8.00 metres of frontage and 9.00 metres of depth with no proposed development.
The proposed retained lot (PIN 42150-0634) currently has an area of 0.72 hectares. The receiving lot had an existing cabin which was torn down, and development is ongoing for a new cottage for resource- based recreational purposes, dock and a septic field. The retained lot has an existing septic field (serviced by Bell’s Septic) and lake water. The application relates solely to the lot addition, and the outcome of this application has no relation to the building in development.
The receiving lot (PIN 42150-0633) has an area of 0.72 hectares. The receiving lot currently has a cabin for resource-based recreational purposes, dock and a septic field (serviced by Bell’s Septic) and lake water. There is no proposed development on the proposed receiving lot.
The effect of the lot addition is to adjust the encroachment on the subject property to accommodate the driveway and walking path currency present.
