This proposal is to amend the Environmental Compliance Approval (air & noise) No. 7524-DHALFJ for Pinty's Delicious Foods Inc. for the production of processed chicken products for the food industry, located in Oakville, Ontario.

This application is to replace Line 3 dust collector with a scrubber and remove the limited operational flexibility condition. The sources at the facility include scrubber; boilers; heaters; cooling tower; fryers and ovens.

Emissions to the air from this facility include:

  • propionaldehyde
  • hexaldehyde
  • crotonaldehyde
  • canola oil
  • soybean oil
  • nitrogen oxides
  • glyoxal; and
  • particulate matter
