A decision was made on November 4, 2022 to approve, with modifications, amendments to the City of Hamilton Urban and Rural Official Plans. The approved official plan amendments outline new policies and mapping to guide growth and development in the City to the year 2051.

A new Environmental Compliance Approval was granted to CAPREIT Apartments Inc. for the replacement of an existing on-site sewage treatment system serving the Northglen Community, located at 82 Grasslands Road in Timmins, Ontario.

Pure Metal Galvanizing ULC has withdrawn their application for an Environmental Compliance Approval (air). The application is considered withdrawn and no approval was issued.

Water will be taken from three wells located in the Town of Ingersoll, ON.

We have issued a Permit to Take Water No. 3675-C7JGU6 for Gus Maue and servicing Creekside Golf Course on October 4, 2022, which is located in Woodstock. This permit cancels and replaces permit No. 6202-AASLQS. Water will be taken from one pond and one creek for golf course irrigation purposes.

We have issued a Permit to Take Water No. 1756-CJXS5Q for Compass Minerals Canada Corp. on October 7, 2022, which cancels and replaces permit No. 6501-8ZUMPC. Water will be taken from three sources for mine shaft discharge purposes in Owen Sound, Ontario.
