This Permit to Take Water for M Richgrove Corp. for construction-dewatering purposes was approved. Water will be taken from a well (array) for temporary dewatering and permanent drainage in relation to the proposed residential redevelopment at 610 Martin Grove Road, Toronto. The permit was issued June 11, 2021 under permit No.3162-C3LQDN.

A new Environmental Compliance Approval was granted for the existing industrial stormwater management works serving Challenger Motor Freight Inc., located at 300 Maple Grove Road, City of Cambridge.

The proponent has informed the ministry that they have decided to withdraw their Environmental Compliance Approval application for this proposal.
