The Director of Exploration has made a decision on the exploration permit application PR-24-000012 to 2681891 Ontario Inc. (“the proponent”) for early exploration activities.

The Permit to Take Water No. 2342-D3RK4M was issued to Thomas Cavanagh Construction Limited, Dechan Quarry Excavation on April 17, 2024. Water will be taken from one well for dewatering, aggregate washing, and dust suppression.

Pursuant to Section 53 of the Planning Act, provisional consent to create one new lot for an agricultural use, was granted on  April 17, 2024, subject to conditions.
