This policy proposal outlines possible criteria for additional sewage systems to be Building Code regulated. Changes to the Ontario Water Resources Act are proposed by the Ministry of the Environment, Conservation and Parks (ERO025-0900) to allow multiple Building Code sewage systems for on-farm worker housing up to a cumulative limit of 50000 L/d.
