We issued an Amended Environmental Compliance Approval with Limited Operational Flexibility (air & noise) to Linamar Corporation, a facility that manufactures automotive transmission parts and other automotive components, located in the City of Guelph, Ontario.

A new Environmental Compliance Approval (sewage) is granted for 1675 Kilworthy Road, Town of Gravenhurst, Ontario; for the establishment of a subsurface disposal works for the collection, transmission, treatment, and disposal of domestic sewage with a maximum design capacity of 32,000 litres per day.

Permit to Take Water No. 8746-DTFPUN has been issued to Black Diamond Golf Club Inc. This proposal was for a renewal of Permit to Take Water number 7010-9YGGVW for golf course irrigation and water supply purposes. Water will be taken from one well and one pond.
