Water will be taken from two ponds in the Geographic Township of Sydenham, Grey County, Ontario for 10 years.

This approval is for an amendment to ECA No. 2895-89ZJAL for Eagle Crest Resorts Limited. This amendment is for modifications to existing sewage works located at 961 Park Road South, in the Township of Machar, District of Parry Sound.

The Ministry issued a new environmental compliance approval to Waste Connections of Canada Inc. for waste processing and transfer activities near the County of Brant, Ontario.

A decision was made on October 30, 2026 to approve with three modifications Official Plan Amendment 166 to the City of London Official Plan, as adopted by By-Law No. C.P.-1512(fk)-11. OPA 166 adds 1476 hectares of developable land to the city's urban boundary for community growth, and 88 hectares for industrial use over a 30-year planning horizon. 

This consultation proposed Building Code changes to further align with the 2020 National Construction Codes, including the adoption of new energy efficiency tiers.

The 2024 Building Code made changes related to the requirements for sewage systems. The changes include updating an existing reference standard for septic tanks, clarifying the use of distribution piping in filter beds, and materials used in area bed mantle.
