We have finalized government response statements (GRS; species-specific policy) that outline the actions that we will lead and support to protect and recover four species at risk in Ontario: Cerulean Warbler, Gillman’s Goldenrod, Red-headed Woodpecker and Spoon-leaved Moss.

The Director of Exploration has made a decision on the exploration permit application PR-23-000108 to Goldcorp Canada Limited for early exploration activities.

The ministry has issued a new Environmental Compliance Approval to Bluerock 507 Kingsway Inc. for industrial stormwater management works servicing a gas bar with convenience store located at 507 Kingsway, in the City of Greater Sudbury.

The ministry has issued a new Environmental Compliance Approval to 2658260 Ontario Inc., for stormwater management works servicing a proposed vehicle repair garage, located at 770 Atherley Road, Township of Ramara, Ontario.

A new Permit to Take Water No. P-300-1204366304 was issued to MonONE B and H Limited Partnership on May 29, 2023 for 10 years. Water will be taken from one well for construction dewatering purposes, located in Etobicoke, Ontario.

An amended approval has been been issued to modify the previously approved wastewater treatment system servicing the existing Landings Campground at 1073 Witmer Road in the Township of Wilmot, Ontario.

Budget Iron & Metal Inc. requested to withdraw their application for an Environmental Compliance Approval (air). The application is considered withdrawn and no approval was issued.
