This was for a Permit to Take Water for Cornwall Street and Railway Light and Power Company Limited under Permit No. P-300-9238755361 for the purpose of heat pump operation at 1001 Sydney Street, Cornwall, Ontario.

The requested additional water takings do not require an amendment to the current Permit to Take Water No. 0466-AJ8HRM. The additional sources are considered contact water and are covered under the site ECA No. 9557-AP5FSQ.

The Permit to Take Water No. P-300-4320282970 (version 1.0) was issued to 2332743 Ontario Inc. on May 8, 2025. Water will be taken from three ponds for construction dewatering purposes, located at 621 Longfields Drive in the City of Ottawa, Ontario for 10 years.

Permit to Take Water No. 6827-D2WL7T was issued to Piper's Heath Golf Club Ltd. on March 15, 2024, to renew Permit to Take Water No. 5605-B2YLNJ for golf course irrigation purposes. Water will be taken from three sources in the Town of Milton, Regional Municipality of Halton, Ontario for 5 years.

This decision is for a new Permit To Take Water for Newlife Properties Inc. Water will be taken from one two ponds for the washing of aggregate material at the Hodgins-Gore Pits, located Lot 18, Concession 3.

Permit to Take Water No. 2420-BCVQ2A was issued, which cancels and replaces Permit to Take Water No. 1627-78YL2. The permit was issued on June 6, 2019 with an expiry date of June 6, 2028.

This new Permit to Take Water servicing De Beers Canada Inc. for open pit infilling purposes was approved on February 27, 2020 under Permit No. 2874-BLNQ98. The permit expires on February 27, 2030.
