An amendment to Environmental Compliance Approval (air & noise) No. 0303-AJ6RQG with Limited Operational Flexibility has been granted to Metrocon Readymix Corp., for a ready-mix concrete batching facility located in the City of Toronto, Ontario.

The ministry has issued a new Environmental Compliance Approval (industrial sewage) to Cornwall Gravel Company Limited, for the approval of stormwater management works to serve Dunvegan Quarry located at Lot 18, Concession 4, Township of North Glengarry, Ontario.

The Permit to Take Water No. 4200-DCQJ9L was issued to A. Lassonde Inc. on March 11, 2025, for amendment to Permit to Take Water No.​​​ 8176-BAPGNV for industrial and dewatering purposes. Water will be taken from three wells, located in the Town of the Blue Mountains, Ontario, for 5 years.

Permit to Take Water No. 1412-DM4P2V was issued to Darling International Canada Inc. on October 6, 2025. Water will be taken from two wells in Hamilton, Ontario, food processing purposes.

A new Permit to Take Water No. P-300-9113073334 for Highland Packers Limited was issued on February 25, 2022 for food processing purposes in the City of Hamilton, Ontario.

Permit to Take Water No.1642-DNTP72 has been issued to Sunningdale Golf & Country Club Ltd., for golf course irrigation purposes. Water will be taken from one watercourse in London, Ontario.

A new Environmental Compliance Approval was issued to Blair L. Flowers Construction Ltd. for approval of upgrades to the existing works for the treatment and reuse of wash water from existing and/or expanded aggregate washing operations, located within the existing Tower Road Gravel Pit site, located in the Township of Machar.

Permit to Take Water No. 0300-DH9PF7 was issued to Sifton Properties Limited on June 4, 2025. Water will be taken from one well for construction dewatering purposes at 187 Byron Avenue in Dorchester, Ontario.

This decision is to amend the Permit to Take Water No. 8161-C8KPLR for De Beers Canada Inc. Water will be taken from one pond for dust suppression and put flooding purposes at the Victor Diamond Mine, located in the District of Kenora, Ontario.
