Original proposal
Proposal details
This proposal is for a new Environmental Compliance Approval for Procter & Gamble, Inc.
The project consists of approximately 2.2 hectares of undeveloped area, located at the south-west corner of the Procter and Gamble (P&G) Manufacturing Plant (located at 355 University Avenue, Belleville, Ontario).
Under the proposed condition, the Site will be developed as a parking or drop lot area for P&G personnel and a proposed Battery and Energy Storage System (BESS) area.
The stormwater management requirements of the Site are addressed by a proposed underground storage tank with 764 cubic meters of storage volume and combination of 130 millimetre and 200 millimetre orifices used for quantity control. The quality control requirement of the Site is addressed by a treatment train approach, utilizing a combination of the Isolator Rows of the underground storage tank and enhanced grassed swale, providing Enhanced level of treatment.
