An Environmental Compliance Approval with Limited Operational Flexibility (air) has been issued to Pave-Al Limited. This approval replaces all the current Environmental Compliance Approvals for air at this facility and includes the addition of new, or historically unapproved, sources for all emissions from Pave-Al Limited, a hot-mix asphalt plant.

An amended Environmental Compliance Approval (air) has been issued to Terra Nova Environmental Services Inc., located in Burlington, Ontario. This approval is for one mobile in-situ remediation process for the treatment of contaminated soil and groundwater.

We approved a new Environmental Compliance Approval (private sewage) No. 7601-BS9LEC for the establishment and use of a domestic wastewater treatment system at 626 Kerry Line, Ennismore.

The Minister has issued an overall benefit permit under the Endangered Species Act, 2007 to The Regional Municipality of Durham for construction work that will adversely impact Redside Dace and its habitat. The permit includes actions to minimize adverse effects, actions to benefit the species, and monitoring and reporting requirements.
