We have issued a new Permit to Take Water No. P-300-1151666541 on February 8, 2023, which cancels and replaces Permit No. 2107-8RVQYC, for Brydec Consulting Corporation for commercial recreation purposes. The permitted water taking will serve the Dragon’s Fire Golf Club in Hamilton, Ontario. The new permit expires on February 8, 2033.

This proposal was for a new Permit to Take Water for Bayou Cable Park Inc. for recreational purposes. This Permit to Take Water No. 1066-BJAQXM was issued on November 26, 2019 for a period of 5 years.

Permit to Take Water No. P-300-8230041676 was issued to Enbridge Gas Inc. on February 26, 2024. Water will be taken from one Well Source for construction dewatering purposes.

The application was returned as incomplete on May 25, 2018.

Permit to Take Water No. 6452-ASXS26 has been reviewed for industrial purposes. Water will be taken from one (1) well related to food processing activities, located in the Township of King, Regional Municipality of York, Ontario.
