Pursuant to Section 53 of the Planning Act, provisional consent was granted on February 12, 2019 in respect of Application 52-C-187236 which would sever 0.24 hectares from PIN 73040-0048 to be consolidated with abutting lands. The lands are in Ivanhoe unincorporated township, District of Sudbury. This decision has passed the appeal date.

Permit To Take Water No. 6830-BH3GB3 was issued on January 23, 2020 to James Dick Construction Limited for dewatering purposes at the Ramara/Gamebridge Quarry.  This amendment increases the maximum rate of water taken per minute and maximum volume of water per day. The Permit expires on January 25, 2025.

Permit to Take Water No. P-300-1105467667 version 2.0 was issued to Seven Lakes Golf Course Ltd. on March 12, 2026, to renew Permit to Take Water No. P-300-1105467667 version 1.0 for golf course irrigation purposes. Water will be taken from two ponds and two wells in LaSalle, Ontario for 10 years.

The Ministry of Northern Development, Mines, Natural Resources and Forestry made changes to the regulation under the Aggregate Resources Act to manage the beneficial reuse of excess soil to facilitate rehabilitation at pits and quarries.

Permit To Take Water No. 8038-B97QWL was issued on March 04, 2019, with an expiry date of February 8, 2024.

We decided to implement regulations to prescribe conditions to fast-track approval of small pipeline projects estimated to cost between $2 and $10 million, where the OEB is satisfied that the Crown has discharged its Duty to Consult (DTC), where triggered.  

A decision was made to approve a site-specific amendment to remove certain lands in the Town of Oakville from the Parkway Belt West Plan (PBWP) and the associated Minister's Zoning Order (MZO), filed as Ontario Regulation 481/73. 

The PBWP amendment is approved as amendment No. 245 and the MZO amendment is filed as Ontario Regulation 253/25.

The Director of Exploration has made a decision on the exploration permit application PR-21-000141 to Conquest Resources Limited for early exploration activities near River Valley, Ontario, Sudbury District

A Permit to Take Water No. 7520-CCXKLJ was issued to Muskoka Ministry Centre on March 28, 2022 to renew permit No. 5268-A67TJ8 for 10 years. Water will be taken from four wells related to water supply activities, located in the Township of Brunel, Huntsville, District Municipality of Muskoka, Ontario.

The Permit to Take Water No.1804-CX4RB5 was issued to Calypso Parc, SRI on December 20, 2023, for renewal of PTTW No. 4178-97CRR7 for commercial purposes. Water will be taken from two wells to supply Calypso Theme Water Park for 10 years.

A licence to operate a quarry was issued to R.W. Tomlinson Limited in the City of Ottawa.

We have amended the Pesticides Regulation under the Pesticides Act to reduce complexity and modernize pesticide management in Ontario while ensuring strong protection for human health and the environment.

The Permit to Take Water No. 5815-DCNPRD was issued to C. Villeneuve Construction Co. Ltd. on January 09, 2025, to renew PTTWNo. 0474-9LSH8T for dewatering purposes of the Cargill Quarry. Water will be taken from one sump at two different rates located in the Unorganized Township of Sulman, District of Cochrane, Ontario for 10 years.

Environmental Compliance Approval (Sewage) Granted for the establishment of subsurface disposal works to service a residential cottage located in Conestogo Lake, Ontario.

A permit to take water was not required.
