Pursuant to Section 53 of the Planning Act, provisional consent was granted on January 5, 2023 in respect of Application 58-C-224688 for a new lot for resource-based recreational use on lands described as PIN 62345-0254, Unincorporated Township of Upsala, District of Thunder Bay. The last day this decision can be appealed is January 25, 2023.

This decision is for a new Permit to Take Water for Defries Developments Limited for dewatering purposes. Water will be taken from one well in the City of Toronto, Ontario. Permit No. 6846-BXFR8D was issued on January 22, 2021 for a period of 10 years.

A new Permit to Take Water No. P-300-1098559723 was issued to Gateway Commercial (Caledonia) Ltd. for construction dewatering purposes. Water will be taken from one pond located in Caledonia, Ontario.

We have withdrawn the proposal for a new Permit to Take Water for Empire (Red Hill) Limited for dewatering purposes in the City of Hamilton, Ontario. No permit was issued.

A Notice of Change, dated March 5, 2026, has amended the list of conditions.

We approved the renewal of Permit To Take Water No. 1107-BESP74 for commercial purposes. This is the current and new permit. Water will be taken from one (1) pond related to golf course irrigation activities, located in the Town of La Salle, County of Elgin, Ontario.

Pursuant to Section 53 of the Planning Act, provisional consent was granted on May 13, 2024 in respect of Application 58-C-230180 for one (1) of two (2) new lots on lands described as PIN 62315-0176 on Stewart Bay, Shebandowan Lake, District of Thunder Bay. A Notice of Change, dated March 5, 2026, has amended the list of conditions.

Pursuant to Section 53 of the Planning Act, provisional consent was granted on May 3, 2022 in respect of Application 58-C-201476 for the creation of one of two new lots for recreational use on lands described as PIN 62492-0254, Unincorporated Township of Sibley, District of Thunder Bay. The last day this decision can be appealed is May 23, 2022.

Pursuant to Section 53 of the Planning Act, provisional consent was granted on October 18, 2024, in respect of Application 60-C-238609 for a lot addition on lands described as PIN 42180-2791, Plan M-222, in unsurveyed territory, community of Minaki, District of Kenora. The last day this decision can be appealed is November 7, 2024.

This decision is for a new Permit to Take Water for 4 Seasons Investments Inc. (Claremont) for golf course irrigation purposes. Permit No. 4378-BY6P9Z was issued on February 12, 2021 for a period of 10 years.

The variance is approved.

The ministry has issued a new Environmental Compliance Approval to Halo Car Wash Inc. for private stormwater management works servicing a proposed car wash operation, located at 3535 Borrisokane Road, Unit 1, in the City of Ottawa.

We approved the renewal of  Permit to Take Water No. 6813-BF4NQM for the taking of water from one (1) river, for the purpose of cooling water in the Town of Huntsville, Ontario.

A new amended Environmental Compliance Approval is granted to Hacienda North Farms Inc. for stormwater management works serving the greenhouse site (phases 1, 2 & 3) located at 20968 Coatsworth Road, in the Municipality of Chatham-Kent, Ontario.

A new Permit to Take Water has been issued for dewatering purposes. Water will be taken from one (1) well related to construction activities, located in the City of Brampton, Regional Municipality of Peel, Ontario.

The Permit to Take Water No. 6872-D4GPUE was issued to Erie Shores Golf & Country Club, to renew the permit 4532-9LKGY5. Water will be taken from one (1) lake for golf course irrigation purposes, located in the Municipality of Leamington, Ontario.

Permit to Take Water No. P-300-1275688898 was issued to Miller Group Inc. on June 24, 2024, for a new Permit to Take Water for concrete manufacturing purposes. Water will be taken from one well source in the Scarborough, Ontario for 10 years.

This decision is for a Permit To Take Water for dewatering purposes for White Owl Properties Limited. Water will be taken from one pond located in the City of Markham, Ontario. PTTW issued on Sept 15, 2021, # 6000-C6PK2E.
