The Permit to Take Water No. 4200-DCQJ9L was issued to A. Lassonde Inc. on March 11, 2025, for amendment to Permit to Take Water No.​​​ 8176-BAPGNV for industrial and dewatering purposes. Water will be taken from three wells, located in the Town of the Blue Mountains, Ontario, for 5 years.

The Permit to Take Water No. P-300-6298735837 V1.0 was issued to Legendary Ore Mining Corporation on June 13, 2025, to renew the Permit No. 5062-9Q3L3K. Water will be taken from one pond for the purposes of mine dewatering at Alexo Open Pit, located in District of Cochrane, Ontario.

On August 16, 2024, the Minister of Municipal Affairs and Housing filed a Minister's Zoning Order, made pursuant to clause 47(1)(a) of the Planning Act, with the Registrar of Regulations as Ontario Regulation 327/24 in the City of Vaughan. The City of Vaughan requested that the Minister consider making the Zoning Order.

Water will be taken from one pond related to aggregate washing activities, in Elora, Centre Wellington, County of Wellington, Ontario for two years.

The Permit to Take Water No. 6518-D4VM64 was issued to Lafarge Canada Inc. on July 10, 2024, to renew the permit 0234-AAKNZ3. Water will be taken from 5 sources located in one pond in the City of Kingston, Ontario for different purposes of dewatering, aggregate washing, dust suppression, and construction purposes.

The Permit to Take Water No. P-300-8235393091 was issued to Cornwall Gravel Company Limited on August 09, 2024, for renewal of PTTW No. 0100-9UPR2N. Water will be taken from one pond for dewatering purposes at the Kemptville Quarry, located in North Grenville, Ontario for 10 years.

We have issued a Permit to Take Water No. 6511-CM4KYR on January 12, 2023, which cancels and replaces Permit No. 0068-C2HS2E, for Walker Aggregates Inc. (Spring Creek Quarry). The permit holder requested an amendment to the conditions of their previous permit to allow for the extension of quarry extraction activities within 500 m of Spring Creek.

Pursuant to Section 53 of the Planning Act, provisional consent was granted on April 26, 2021 in respect of application 59-C-210506 (formerly 59-C-134607) to sever PIN 56032-0092 and PIN 56032-0152 (shoreline allowance) from PIN 56032-0120 and PIN 56032-0151 (shoreline allowance)subject to conditions.

We have issued a new Permit to Take Water No. P-300-9138967690 on April 28, 2022 which cancels and replaces Permit to take Water No. 5453-8VAGJD for Glengarry Golf & Country Club Limited for golf course irrigation and water supply purposes located in North Glengarry, Ontario.

The new Permit to Take Water has an expiry date of April 26, 2032

This decision is to renew a Permit to Take Water for Stoneridge Travel Centre Inc. for commercial water supply purposes. Under Permit No. P-300-2154927430, issued on March 31, 2022 for 10 years, water will be taken from two wells to supply water for operations of a hotel, restaurant, and banquet facility located in the City of London, Ontario.

We have issued a new Permit to Take Water No. 6013-CADQTL on April 7, 2022,which cancels and replaces Permit to Take Water No. 4865-8VQPLS for R. W. Tomlinson Limited for dewatering, industrial and construction purposes located in the City of Ottawa, Ontario.

The new Permit to Take Water has an expiry date of April 6, 2032.

This decision is for a renewal of Permit to Take Water No. 6376-89CNDF. Permit to Take Water No. 3587-BXAN64 was issued on March 9, 2021 to 1652152 Ontario Inc. (Crosswinds Golf & Country Club) for golf course irrigation purposes. Water will be taken from one pond in the City of Burlington, Ontario. The permit expires on March 9, 2031.

A decision was made to amend Permit to Take Water No. 5633-ANRKTN. Permit to Take Water No. 0122-BZBKSB was issued to 1621025 Ontario Ltd. on April 1, 2021 for the purpose of golf course irrigation at the Turtle Creek Golf Club in the Town of Milton, Regional Municipality of Halton. The permit expires on December 31, 2030.

This decision is an amendment to Permit To Take Water No. 3228-AWLPL5 for quarry dewatering purposes. This amendment was to increase the number of days of water taking per year. Water will be taken from one (1) pond. Permit to Take Water Number 8734-BYBL3T has been issued on March 9, 2021 and expires on March 9, 2031.
