We issued Permit to Take Water No. 6258-BRDJ2M to CRH Canada Group Inc. on January 14, 2021. The Permit is a renewal of CRH Canada's previous Permit, and will expire on January 13, 2031. This Permit allows water taking from one pond and one well for aggregate washing purposes at Teedon Pit, at rates similar to previous Permits.

Permit to Take Water No. 0388-D47GWS was issued to North Halton Golf and Country Club Limited on April 19, 2024, to renew Permit to Take Water No. 4000-BXXJ6R for golf course irrigation purposes. Water will be taken from Black Creek and one irrigation pond in the Town of Halton Hills, Regional Municipality of Halton, Ontario for 3 years.

Permit to Take Water No. P-300-5236518498 was issued to Mount St. Louis Moonstone Ski Resort Ltd. on November 2, 2023 to renew Permit No. 8615-AQKH4T. Water will be taken from one watercourse and three wells for water supply and snowmaking purposes at the Mount St. Louis Moonstone Ski Resort, located in Moonstone, Ontario, for five years.

We have issued a new Permit to Take Water No. 5546-B6ZPEV on May 24, 2019 which cancels and replaces Permit to take Water No. 8554-A5XRB9 for Enbridge Pipelines Inc. located within the Township of South Stormont and Township of South Glengarry, Ontario.

The new Permit to Take Water has an expiry date of December 31, 2021.

A Permit to Take Water No. 0320-9NTPSB was issued to Bellmere Holdings Inc. on June 20, 2023 to amend/consolidate two permits for 10 years. Water will be taken from one lake and three wells for water supply and golf course irrigation at the Bellmere Winds Resort & Golf Club, in the Township of Otonabee-South Monaghan, County of Peterborough.

A Permit to Take Water No. 0180-CVDRR5 was issued to Lafarge Canada Inc. on September 8, 2023 to amend Permit to Take Water No. 7578-A83NZM to update the location of the water taking ("Pond A"). Water will be taken from one pond for aggregate washing and dust suppression, located in North Grenville, Ontario, for three years.

A Permit to Take Water (No. P-300-5203719250) was issued on September 11, 2023 to renew Permit to Take Water No. 2154-95DR7B for A.L. Blair Construction Limited for ten years. Water will be taken from one well and one pond for aggregate extraction and construction purposes at the St Albert Quarry, located at 1272 Farley Road in Crysler, Ontario.

Permit to Take Water was issued to Cedar Links Golf Centre Inc. for golf course irrigation and water supply purposes. Water will be taken from one pond and one well at the Cedar Links Golf Centre, located in the City of Barrie, Ontario. The permit was issued on May 18, 2021 under Permit No. 4663-C2WSM4.

This New Permit To Take Water for Blythe Dale Holsteins Ltd. for aggregate washing purposes at the Leitch-Gover Pit located at Lot 3, Concession 5, Municipality of Thames Centre, County of Middlesex was approved under Permit No. 5765-BYBR3L. This Permit expires on March 1, 2031, and was approved on March 1, 2021.

This renewal of Permit to Take Water No. 1367-B6KJLQ for Covia Canada Ltd. for industrial and domestic purposes was approved under Permit No. P-300-9825946 on March 11, 2021. Water will be taken from one lake related to operations at the facility located in the Township of Havelock-Belmont-Methuen, Ontario.

Regulatory changes now enable the Smart Metering Entity (SME) to collect, process and manage bi-directional smart metering data, and provides the SME with exclusive authority as of January 1, 2025. These changes support a centralized billing solution for distributors to bill net-metered customers according to their choice of pricing plan.

A new Permit to Take Water No. P-300-7195641053 was issued to First Vaughan Investments Limited and Smart VMC West Inc. on February 3, 2023 for five years. Water will be taken from one well for construction dewatering purposes related to a proposed mixed-use residential development located in the City of Vaughan, Ontario.

We have issued a new Permit to Take Water No. 8630-CGJKBX on July 22, 2022, which cancels and replaces permit No. 5233-9B2QTC, for Jukic Group Ltd. for golf course irrigation purposes. The permitted water taking will serve the Niagara National Golf Course in Stevensville, Ontario. The new permit expires February 28, 2032.

We have issued a new Permit to Take Water No. 7170-CGYMDZ on August 4, 2022, which cancels and replaces Permit to Take Water No. 2438-BBLJJK, for foundation drainage purposes. Water will be taken from one foundation drainage system, located in the City of Toronto, Ontario. The new permit expires on July 31, 2032.

A new Permit to Take Water No. 1607-CBGRHE that renews and consolidates Permits to Take Water Nos. 3634-B78JY9, 8311-BEDNLN, 2401-B78QNF, 6700-BMDNA3, 5527-B7BMTA and 0842-B69MNZ for Enbridge Pipelines Inc. was issued on March 29, 2022 for construction dewatering purposes for a project located at City of Hamilton, Haldimand County.

This decision is for a new Permit to Take Water for Amazon Canada Fulfillment Services, ULC for construction dewatering purposes. Water will be taken from four wells related to construction activities, located in the City of Pickering, Region of Durham, Ontario.

Permit to Take Water No. 0588-CACM7Y was issued on January 6, 2022.

We have issued a new Permit to Take Water No. 4362-CBPV6H on February 25, 2022 ,which cancels and replaces Permit to take Water No. 1406-8WSHDK for Heico 2004 Member, Inc., for industrial and dewatering purposes. located in Champlain, Ontario.

The new Permit to Take Water has an expiry date of February 23, 2032.

This decision is for a new Permit to Take Water for Queen Leslie Developments Limited for dewatering and foundation drainage purposes. Water will be taken from one well, located at 1285 Queen Street East, in the City of Toronto. Permit No. 7762-BWBRUH was issued on December 17, 2020 for a period of 10 years.

This proposal was for an amendment to Permit To Take Water No. 6358-9YNJU9 for industrial and water supply purposes for Magellan Aerospace Limited. Water will be taken from two (2) wells located in Haley Station, Whitewater Region, Ontario. Permit No. 6638-BU8GYS was issued on October 9, 2020 for a period of 10 years.

This decision is to renew Permit to Take Water No. 3183-AZWHET for Fowler Construction Company Limited. Permit to Take Water No. P-300-3100117209 was issued on January 14, 2021 for aggregate washing and dewatering purposes at the Rosewarne Quarry, located in the Town of Bracebridge. The permit expires on January 13, 2031.
