A Permit to Take Water No. 1640-CLVP4J was issued to Caledon Ski Club Limited on December 19, 2022, to amend Permit No. 1236-83DQ27 for five years. Water will be taken from two wells and two watercourses for the purpose of communal water supply and snowmaking, located in the Town of Caledon, Ontario.

This decision is to renew Permit to Take Water No. 6180-A8TKN2 for Galata Chemicals (Canada) Inc. for industrial purposes. Water will be taken from one well for production and cooling water purposes during manufacturing processes, located in the Town of Bradford West Gwillimbury, Ontario.

Permit to Take Water No. 4226-C2J3QQ was issued on April 29, 2021 to Huntsville Long Term Care Centre Inc. Water will be taken from two wells for use in an open-loop geothermal system to provide heating and cooling service to the Muskoka Landing Retirement Lodge, located in Huntsville, Ontario. The permit expires on April 28, 2031.

Permit to Take Water No. 6815-DG7NLJ has been issued to Earlglen Investments Inc. renewing Permit to Take Water No. 8221-CWPNDX for construction dewatering purposes. Water will be taken from six wells related to construction activities, located in the City of Richmond Hill, Ontario.

The Permit to Take Water No. 0003-DEFPSE was issued to MRT Aggregate Inc. on March 16, 2025, for renewal of PTTW No. 0336-9QCPUA. Water will be taken from one well and two ponds for industrial and dewatering purposes at 4999 County Road 46 located in the Township of Havelock-Belmont-Methuen, Ontario, 10 years.

This proposal for a new Permit to Take Water for Great Bear Resources Ltd. has been withdrawn.

Permit to Take Water No. 2681-BHPQVC was issued, which cancels and replaces Permit to Take Water No. 8720-7Y3PHK. The permit was issued on November 15, 2019 with an expiry date of November 7, 2029.

Permit to Take Water No. P-300-8348333114 (version 1) has been issued to John Bennett, for golf course irrigation. Water will be taken from one pond and one lake.

A permit to take water was not required.

We have issued a new Permit to Take Water No. P-300-5146117012 on May 26, 2022 for Salini Impregilo Civil Works Inc. Water will be taken from excavations for dewatering purposes located in the City of Mississauga, Ontario.

The new Permit to Take Water has an expiry date of June 30, 2024.

We have issued a new Permit to Take Water No. 2708-CB4KSA on March 22, 2022, which cancels and replaces Permit to take Water No. 6515-8M6HU9 for West Carleton Sand & Gravel Inc. located in Mississippi Mills, Ontario. The new Permit to Take Water has an expiry date of February 16, 2032.

The Permit to Take Water No. 7168-DTRKQH has been issued to Agnico Eagle Mines Limited on May 19, 2026, to renew the Permit No. 2625-D3GNHL. Water will be taken from one well for the purpose of mine dewatering, located in Matheson, Ontario.
