The Director of Exploration has made a decision on the exploration permit application PR-25-000025 to 5042078 Ontario Inc. for early exploration activities.

The decision is to: issue the mineral exploration permit.

Ontario has changed restrictions on the transfer and storage of winter-grade gasoline prior to the winter switchover date by amending O. Reg. 271/91 (Gasoline Volatility). We have also added clarifications about acceptable gasoline testing methods.

Water will be taken from two sources: the East Lake (also known as Kitchin Lake) and the East Creek, for ore processing purposes in Unsurveyed Territory in the District of Cochrane, Ontario.

Permit PR-19-000100 has been issued. This exploration permit is valid for 3 years from the date of issue.

This decision is for an amendment to Permit to Take Water No. 4872-CKZK3C for Agnico Eagle Mines Limited (formerly Kirkland Lake Gold Ltd.)for mining purposes. Water will be taken from one ground water source to provide water for the industrial mining operation dewatering activities located in Kirkland Lake, Ontario.

The application for this new Permit to Take Water for Vale Canada Limited was withdrawn by the applicant on March 7, 2024.

We have issued a new Permit to Take Water No. 3628-BNFGSS on April 20, 2020, which cancels and replaces Permit to take Water No. 2703-83EJ82, for Wellington on the Lake Golf Course Inc. located in Prince Edward, Ontario. The new Permit to Take Water has an expiry date of April 18, 2030.

This decision is for the renewal of Permit To Take Water No. 1865-86MLHK for golf course irrigation at St. Marys Golf and Country Club Ltd., located in St. Marys, Ontario. Permit to Take Water No. 4277-BMYLQX was issued on April 6, 2020 for a period of 10 years.

Permit to Take Water No. 2161-D3RNHZ was issued to AFTT Developments Inc. on April 15, 2024, to renew Permit No. 8753-93LK2T. Water will be taken from one well for water supply purposes.

Agnico Eagle Mines Limited requested to withdraw their application to renew Permit to Take Water No. 5624-BBXNQQ. The application is considered withdrawn and no permit was issued.

The application for this renewal Permit to Take Water for Kandalore Camp Co. Limited was withdrawn by the applicant on March 14, 2024.

Permit to Take Water No. 0762-CXVQ4Y was issued to Artmico Holdings GP Inc. on December 14, 2023 to amend Permit No. 5645-CGGMXL to increase the permitted taking volumes. Water will be taken from one dewatering array located on a property legally described as Lot 18, Concession 3 From the Bay, in the City of Toronto, Ontario.

We have issued a new Permit to Take Water No. 2625-C4MQ5Y on July 7, 2021 which cancels and replaces Permit to take Water No. 0247-8BFMK6, for Cedarhill Golf Enterprises Inc. located in City of Ottawa, Ontario.

The new Permit to Take Water has an expiry date of July 6, 2031.

Approval has been granted for an amendment to the Limited Operational Flexibility for an Environmental Compliance Approval (Air & Noise) No. 9194-92YJPR for Index Energy Ajax Corporation, a facility producing steam for industrial use and electricity for export to the grid, located in the Town of Ajax, Ontario.

Pursuant to Section 53 of the Planning Act, provisional consent to create one new lot for agricultural uses was granted on March 16, 2023, subject to conditions.

Pursuant to Section 53 of the Planning Act, provisional consent for lot creation for the purpose of separating two existing houses on the subject property to provide a clear title to each, was granted on July 17, 2024, subject to conditions.
