Permit to Take Water No. 7808-BJ6MPD was issued to Camp Muskoka Corporation in Bracebridge, Ontario on January 16, 2020 for water supply purposes. This permit expires December 31, 2024.

Permit to Take Water No. 1646-D86QPG was issued to Credit Valley Golf and Country Club Limited on August 21, 2024, to renew Permit to Take Water No. 4842-BE5GLS for golf course irrigation purposes. Water will be taken from the Credit River in the City of Mississauga, Regional Municipality of Peel, Ontario for 10 years.

Permit to Take Water No.1842-DA4JPB has been issued to Residences of Edenbridge on the Kingsway Inc. to renew Permit to Take Water No. 1127-BUZT6E for construction dewatering purposes. Water will be taken from one well in the City of Toronto, Ontario.

The application for this new Permit to Take Water for Minto (dawes) GP Inc. as general partner for and on behalf of Minto (dawes) LP was cancelled on October 27, 2025.

Permit to Take Water No. 3305-DQRJPL was issued to Suncor Energy Inc. operating as Suncor Energy Products Partnership on February 12, 2026, to renew Permit to Take Water No. 8233-AKULE6 for groundwater remediation purposes. Water will be taken from Multiple Well Points in the City of Sarnia, County of Lambton, Ontario for 10 years.

Permit to Take Water No. 1010-DS4P5G was issued to Markland Wood Golf Club renewing PTTW No. 4837-A7XR4S for golf course irrigation purposes. Water will be taken from Etobicoke Creek related located in the City of Toronto, Ontario.

Application made by 1895507 Ontario Inc. for a new licence in the Municipality of Magnetawan has been withdrawn.

The ministry issued an Environmental Compliance Approval (waste site) for a hauled sewage disposal site as described in this notice.

Permit to Take Water No. 5203-DAXKA7 was issued to J.A. Porter Holdings (Lucknow) Ltd. on December 6, 2024. Water will be taken from one pond and one well for industrial and aggregate washing purposes in Lucknow, Township of Huron-Kinloss, Ontario.
