A new Permit to Take Water No. 4025-CL9RYP was issued to Penguin-Calloway (Vaughan) Inc. on November 18, 2022, for three years. Water will be taken from a well point system for construction dewatering purposes at 3200 Highway 7 in the City of Vaughan, Ontario.

This decision is for a new Permit to Take Water for Goldcorp Canada Ltd. Water will be taken for dewatering purposes at the Paymaster North tailings facility, located in South Porcupine, Ontario.
