Permit to Take Water No. P-300-3327860800 was issued to Pineland Gardens Limited on April 16, 2025. Water will be taken from one pond and one well for golf course irrigation purposes, located in the City of Hamilton, Ontario.

The ministry issued a new Environmental Compliance Approval (wastewater) serving 7137796 Canada Inc., located at 2020 Bantree Road, Ontario, serving the proposed Benson Auto Parts Wearhouse facility and will consist of stormwater management works, and storm and sanitary sewers.

This proposal is for the renewal of Permit to Take Water No. 8404-7YBLB2 for Robins Holdings Inc. and is for commercial purposes including water bottling. The new issued permit No. 0022-CL9PPA was issued on November 17, 2022, with an expiry date of November 17, 2032.

The permit application has been withdrawn and terminated at the proponent’s request.

A new Permit to Take Water No. P-300-1117730982 for 1374859 Ontario Inc. was issued on June 9, 2021 for golf course irrigation and water supply purposes located in the Haldimand County, Ontario.
