New Permit to Take Water No. P-300-2256078790 was issued to York Major Holdings Inc., Water will be taken from one well for construction dewatering purposes serving Phase 1 of the proposed Chelsea Eagle Point Development, located in the City of Vaughan, Ontario.

Approval is granted for a new Environmental Compliance Approval for Grant Castle Corp. for industrial stormwater management works, serving the proposed MacEwen Gas Station, located at 965 Edward Street North, Unit 1, Prescott, United Counties of Leeds and Grenville.

This decision is for a renewal of Permit To Take Water No. 2868-84XNJ5 for Ken Truax Construction Ltd. Water will be taken from one well for commercial purposes. Permit to take water number 4060-BWAL2P was issued on December 22, 2020 for a period of 10 years.

A new Permit to Take Water No. P-300-2098533979 was issued to Lakeview Water Systems Ltd. Water will be taken from one lake for water supply purposes in Turkey Point, Ontario.

A new ECA has been issued for municipal and private sanitary sewers and stormwater management works, in the Lakeside Ponds Subdivision Phase 2. The stormwater management (SWM) works in the Township of Loyalist, Ontario.

Permit to Take Water No. 1450-BGUMFC was issued, which cancels and replaces Permit to Take Water No. 8077-ANSPCZ. The Permit was issued on October 15, 2019 with an expiry date of October 11, 2029.

Permit to Take Water No. 1553-D83RH5 was issued to Telephone City Aggregates Inc. on September 13, 2024, to renew Permit to Take Water No. 3527-9NSKF3 for industrial aggregate washing purposes. Water will be taken from one pond, located in Brantford, Ontario.

Permit to Take Water No. 6452-ASXS26 has been reviewed for industrial purposes. Water will be taken from one (1) well related to food processing activities, located in the Township of King, Regional Municipality of York, Ontario.

Approval was granted for an amendment to allow Ross Roth Sand & Gravel Inc. to increase the number of tonnes of aggregate to be removed annually for the Bright Pit #1 operating in the Township of Blandford-Blenheim.

A new Environmental Compliance Approval was granted for sewage works serving one 2 bedroom private residential cottage, located at Lot 136 Road 100 at Conestogo Lake in the Township of Mapleton, Ontario.

A permit to take water was not required.

The ministry issued an Environmental Compliance Approval to Waste Management of Canada Corporation for the establishment of stormwater management works, to serve a portion of the Courtice Transfer and Processing Facility site, located at 1 McKnight Road, Municipality of Clarington, Regional Municipality of Durham, Ontario.

This proposal was for a Category 1 Permit to Take Water Renewal of permit No. 8575-A3BKYB for CRH Canada Group Inc. for the purpose of continued quarry operations at the Milton Quarry site. Permit No. 5256-BUUP62 was issued on November 2, 2020 for a period of 10 years.

We have issued a director’s order to Rain Carbon Canada Inc. requiring them to hold a public meeting and submit applications and supporting documentation for new site-specific standards and an amended environmental compliance approval by May 1, 2023.

Pursuant to Section 53 of the Planning Act, provisional consent to create one new lot for seasonal recreation was granted on November 28, 2022, subject to conditions. A Notice of Change, dated November 1, 2024, has amended the list of conditions.
