We have issued a new Permit to Take Water No. 8630-CGJKBX on July 22, 2022, which cancels and replaces permit No. 5233-9B2QTC, for Jukic Group Ltd. for golf course irrigation purposes. The permitted water taking will serve the Niagara National Golf Course in Stevensville, Ontario. The new permit expires February 28, 2032.

We have issued a new Permit to Take Water No. 4125-BLYRKU on May 7, 2020 which cancels and replaces Permit To Take Water No. 0344-AD4QBA for 962291 Ontario Inc. in Oshawa, Ontario for golf course irrigation purposes at the Oshawa Airport Golf Club. The new Permit to Take Water has an expiry date of May 15, 2025.

Greenwood Paving Ltd. was issued a Class A licence to extract aggregate from a pit in the Township of Brudenell, Lyndoch and Raglan.

We have issued a new Permit to Take Water No. P-300-1715131982 on August 5, 2022 for the purpose of long term drainage by Mattamy James Street GP Inc., as general partner for and on behalf of Mattamy James Street Limited Partnership. The new permit expires on August 5, 2032.
