We amended Renewable Energy Approval No. 6428-8LGLBH for the Woolwich Bio-En Inc. Anaerobic Digestion Facility, located at 50 Martin’s Lane in the Township of Woolwich, Regional Municipality of Waterloo.

The Director of Exploration has made a decision on the exploration permit application PR-21-000276 to Enviromine Inc. for early exploration activities near approximately 12 kilometres west of the Town of Foleyet, in Lemoine and Foleyet Townships, District of Sudbury, Northeast Region.

The ministry issued a Certificate of Property Use to The Municipality of Central Elgin for their Port Stanley Harbour Lands, specifically the West Pier located in Port Stanley, Ontario.

This Permit to Take Water (No. 7112-DSZTBW) has been issued to Great Bear Resources Ltd. (the proponent) for their Advanced Exploration Program operation. Water will be taken for the purposes of underground dewatering, dust suppression, potable water supply, flow supplementation and contingency plans from one watercourse and six wells.

Approval was granted to the Ontario Power Generation Inc. (OPG) Darlington Nuclear Generating Station (DNGS) to amend existing ECA (industrial sewage) No. 0827-CJANMM to reflect the proposed plan to construct, commission, operate and maintain a new Darlington Nuclear (DN) Demineralized Water Plant (DWP).

We have issued a new Permit to Take Water No. 4066-CMTRGT for Formosa Springs Brewery 1870 Inc. on January 9, 2023, which cancels and replaces permit No. 2473-ARLJE5. Water will be taken from two wells for industrial purposes at a manufacturing facility located in Formosa, Ontario.

Permit to Take Water No. P-300-1731384608 was issued to WHISTLE BEAR GOLF CLUB INC. on April 25, 2025, for commercial golf course irrigation purposes. Water will be taken from three wells and eight ponds, located in the City of Cambridge, Regional Municipality of Waterloo, Ontario.

Permit to Take Water No. P-300-1310205989 was issued on March 19, 2025, to Con-Cast Pipe Inc. for industrial - purposes. Water will be taken from two wells related to activities, in the Township of Puslinch, County of Wellington, Ontario.

The Permit to Take Water No. P-300-6291222423 was issued to Thomas Spence, Anne Spence on January 23, 2025, for the renewal of PTTW No. 5064-9R6LK6. Water will be taken from one lake and one well for golf course irrigation and water supply purposes at the Sheffield Greens Golf Club, located at 193 Mill Line Road in Trent Lake, Ontario.

Permit to Take Water No. 1543-CXSPCX was issued to Katchiwano Limited on February 2, 2024. Water will be taken from one well and one lake for golf course irrigation and water supply purposes in the County of Peterborough, Ontario, for ten years.

Permit to Take Water No.P-300-9246312899 was issued to Goldcorp Canada Ltd. on November 7, 2024, to renew Permit to Take Water No. 6201-9EPJH7 for dewatering and water supply purposes. Water will be taken from one pond and one lake at the Newmont Musselwhite Mine located in the District of Kenora, Ontario for 10 years.

Permit to Take Water No. 3085-CZ5SE6 was issued to Egerter Roofing Ltd. to renew Permit to Take Water No. 8624-98JJPY. Water will be taken from one well and one pond for golf course irrigation purposes at the Fox Run Golf Course, located in Thorold, Ontario.

An Environmental Compliance Approval (Waste Site) was issued for a hauled sewage site as described in this decision.

Permit to Take Water No. 1808-DL8RC2 has been issued to 2856144 Ontario Inc., for food processing purposes. Water will be taken from two wells in Perth South, Ontario.

A Permit to Take Water was renewed for ClubLink Corporation ULC on December 12, 2022 (permit No. 5181-CLGL6F) for 10 years. Water will be taken from two wells for golf course irrigation purposes at the Diamond Back Golf Club, located in the City of Richmond Hill, Regional Municipality of York, Ontario.

We have issued a new Permit to Take Water No. P-300-5229047655, which cancels and replaces Permit No. 2341-BM8KPD, for Karson Holdings Inc. Water will be taken for aggregate washing and aggregate extraction purposes at the McGee Pit, located in Carp, Ontario.

We have closed the file and will not be issuing a Renewable Energy Approval for the Springfield Road Solar Project.

Permit to Take Water No. 2420-DQ9QS7 has been issued to Napanee Golf and Country Club, for golf course irrigation purposes.

We have granted a variance to BCP to replace several tank and dispenser sump entry boots with retrofit boots made by Icon Products.
