The Director of Exploration has made a decision on the following exploration permit applications: PR-17-11225 to CJP Exploration Incorporated for early exploration activities in Lorrain Township.

The decision is to refuse the permit.

We approved a new Environmental Compliance Approval (industrial sewage) No. 0511-BXUNBZ to Lundy Potato Farms Ltd. for the establishment and use of an existing closed-loop vegetable wash water treatment system at 7743 30th Sideroad, Township of Adjala-Tosorontio.

We are making regulatory changes to Regulation 347: General – Waste Management under the Environmental Protection Act. The changes capture registration and reporting requirements to support electronic service delivery and require the regulated community to provide reporting information to the Resource Recovery and Productivity Authority.

An Environmental Compliance Approval with Limited Operational Flexibility (air), which replaces all the current Environmental Compliance Approvals for Air at this facility, and includes the addition of new, or historically unapproved, sources for all emissions was issued to Nartech Metal Products Ltd., located in Windsor, Ontario.

Permit Issued. The exploration permit is valid for 3 years from the date of issue.

The Director of Exploration has made a decision on the following exploration permit applications: PR-17-11186 to Moneta Porcupine Mines Incorporated for early exploration activities in Cody and Matheson Townships.

The decision is to refuse the permit.

Permit to Take Water No. 6034-BBXP6Y was issued, which renews and replaces Permit to Take Water No. 5356-9JEKZN.

An amended Environmental Compliance Approval has been issued for the replacement of the existing sewage treatment works and subsurface disposal system for Maple Grove Trailer Park, located at 6947 Highway 7 in the Township of Guelph-Eramosa, Ontario.

The ministry renewed an Environmental Compliance Approval (waste site) for a hauled sewage disposal site as described in this notice.

Approval was granted for a site plan amendment to allow Aaroc Aggregates Ltd. to remove aggregate from below the water table in a pit located in the township of Zorra.

The ministry has amended existing Environmental Compliance Approval (ECA) No. 3-0386-78-006 to incorporate a change in the owner name, reflect current site use, and permit the establishment of additional stormwater management works to serve the Wessuc Inc. site at 1693 Colborne St. E. in Brantford, Ontario.

We granted a new Environmental Compliance Approval with Limited Operational Flexibility (air & noise) to W.B.I.T. Incorporated, a metal cabinet and access door manufacturing facility, and to Strike First Corporation, a portable fire extinguisher assembly and filling facility, both located on a shared property in the City of Toronto.

Application 60-C-204006 was approved on July 25, 2024, subject to conditions.  The last date to appeal the decision under the Planning Act is August 14, 2024.

The Director of Exploration has made a decision on the exploration permit application PR-13-10259 to Rolling Rock Resources Corporation for prescribed early exploration activities located in Stull Lake and Robinson Arm Areas.

The decision is to refuse the permit.

This approval is for a new Environmental Compliance Approval for the establishment of subsurface sewage disposal works, rated at 72,000 litres per day to service a lodge, chalets, restaurant, convention, and spa facilities, located at 20706 Heart Lake Road, in the Town of Caledon, Ontario.

The Director of Exploration has made a decision on the exploration permit application PR-22-000064 to The Claim Group Incorporated for early exploration activities in the townships of Partridge Lake Area and West of Glaister Lake Area.

The decision is to issue the mineral exploration permit.

The Director of Exploration has made a decision on the following exploration permit applications: PR-17-11142 to Cruz Cobalt Corporation for early exploration activities in Coleman Township

The decision is to refuse the permit.

We issued an Environmental Compliance Approval with Limited Operational Flexibility (air) for all air emissions from Diamond Petrochemicals Canada Corporation, an olefins manufacturing facility located in the City of Sarnia, County of Lambton.

Pursuant to Section 53 of the Planning Act, provisional consent was granted on September 5, 2025 in respect of Application 60-C-239886 for a new lot in the unincorporated Township of Forgie, District of Kenora. The last day this decision can be appealed is September 25, 2025.
